Megan Teutschel ("two-shell") is based in Olympia, WA and has been making art centered around the Pacific Northwest as Meg Paints Hearts since 2018. Drawing on inspiration from nature and her background working in medicine, the art of Meg Paints Hearts started with anatomical drawings and slowly began to integrate the fungi and flora of the West Coast.
